Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Due to the nature of medical devices, returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging.
Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for return.
Returns will be accepted for products that are found to be defective or non-functioning immediately upon opening the package, provided you notify us within the return period and supply any requested documentation or evidence of the defect.
Returns on bulk orders will only be accepted if the entire order is returned in its original unopened packaging.
Partial returns are not permitted.
